Owner Jennifer describes her shop as an ‘idea factory’. Customers come in with an idea and Initial Inspiration makes it happen. For example: I had an idea to give my mom a Girl Scout sash with personalized badges of all her accomplishments for her 75^th Birthday. Jennifer and her team made that happen and it was a hit! Opened in 2015, Freda wanted to create a place where the main focus was not to sell to the customer, but to guide them through issues with skin and beauty while offering a professional and personal approach.

Having been in the beauty industry for several years, Freda wanted to create a world class experience that differed from what she had been trained to do in retail. She started Freda’s Skin Studio in Downtown Waynesboro with the goal of helping other feel and look great. Freda uses knowledge and compassion to help clients feel and look their best.
